  • I am an out of network provider. I am happy to provide a superbill (receipt) to submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.

  • During your free 15 minute consultation call we will briefly cover what is making life hard, goals for therapy, and if I can help. If it is mutually a good fit we will discuss next steps. This can be via Zoom or phone call.

  • I may ask a lot of questions to help me gain a better understanding of what brings you to therapy.

    I prioritize building trust and connection. If you don’t trust me, you ain’t gunna tell me shit right! If you don’t feel comfortable it will be make the process that much harder. I want to know YOU not just what you are struggling with.
